We are seven brothers who crossed into Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Epsilon Chapter, at the University of Michigan in the spring of 2004. Our line name, Akello Bomani, which means “To Bring Forth the Warrior”, speaks to the spirit we carry into everything we do.

Hailing from Detroit, Southfield, Romulus, Wisconsin, and Alabama, we built our bond on brotherhood, scholarship, and service. The Akello Bomani Foundation is our way of living out that bond, channeling the resilience, discipline, and purpose that shaped us into creating opportunities for the next generation of leaders.
